I cordially invite you to the 30th Jubilee Edition of the International Scientific Conference on Garden Art and Historical Dendrology, which will be held on October 19-21, 2023. Conference title: Sustainable development goals in managing the cultural and historic landscape. [zie hier]

The aim of the conference will be to discuss the idea of sustainable development in relation to cultural landscapes and its elements (parks, gardens, residences, organic farms, crops, etc.). Particular emphasis will be placed on the development of conservation, ecological, climatic, planning and landscape aspects. It is a continuation of reflections related to the identification of current problems and challenges in maintaining and protecting the cultural heritage of cities, villages, open areas and historic gardens. It will also be important to emphasize the sustainability of landscapes and their self-sufficiency as well as biodiversity at different scales. These considerations are in response to local and national as well as global efforts to preserve valuable landscapes for future generations.

I hope that it will be our joint celebration and each of you will find time to participate.
